Introducing our Company

Throgmorton was founded in 1999 – a small group of people with complementary business skills and decades of experience within the investment banking industry.

Working for the benefit of clients within the UK’s Financial Services sector, we were determined to build a reputation for service delivery and innovation.

Since then, we’ve grown to become one of the leading financial and administration outsourcing companies serving this sector.

With offices in London, Reading and New York, we employ over 80 people – from dedicated support staff through to technical experts. Our approach is to provide a personal service tailored to each client, with small, dedicated, cross-discipline teams ensuring that all the expertise within our company can be drawn upon.

On the organisation’s tenth anniversary, a revised  Business Charter was launched. It lays out, in plain language, how we wish the company to trade - making particular emphasis on our core values of integrity, transparency, a collegiate approach and, above all, a dedication to quality.
