Adam Hewitson BA Hons

Legal Counsel

Adam is a qualified solicitor who has specialised in company and commercial law since his admission in 2003.

Prior to joining Throgmorton, Adam was an associate at a leading national law firm and assisted a variety of corporate clients including FTSE 250 companies and private equity houses. His experience includes advising on IPO’s, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance issues and equity and debt investments.

Adam joined Throgmorton as Legal Counsel with responsibility for internal legal compliance, strategic advice on service delivery and management of external legal relationships.

In his spare time Adam enjoys watching most sports and is a keen amateur golfer and squash player. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
