Kate is a qualified HR professional with over fourteen years’ experience in HR and Payroll services, the last six being with Throgmorton.
Initially a management accountant in a large UK construction and engineering services company, Kate moved into HR management and payroll, becoming responsible for a combined weekly and monthly payroll and an HR function covering more than 1000 permanent and contract staff based throughout the UK.
She joined Throgmorton from a chartered accountancy firm where she headed the payroll services function. Experienced in dealing with complex HR issues across a number of sectors, her role here covers both client consulting services and the Throgmorton internal HR function.
Outside of work Kate enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.
