Philip is a Chartered Secretary with more than nineteen years experience in the financial services Industry.
Philip qualified at Deutsche Bank in Jersey, working for nearly ten years in their Corporate Services division, gaining experience dealing with companies registered in many offshore jurisdictions, ranging from trading vehicles and property owning companies to fund investment and capital markets structures. Philip then moved to the UK and worked for Stanley Davis Group Limited in their International team prior to joining Throgmorton in November 2005.
Philip has worked within the Company Secretarial department at Throgmorton responsible for managing a caseload of UK companies and limited liability partnerships, including some well known private UK companies. He has carried out ‘on site’ project work to deadline for a number of his clients and also administers employee share option schemes.
Away from work, Philip enjoys playing tennis for his local tennis club and the odd round of golf. He also enjoys visiting places of historical and cultural importance.
