Assisting the immigration process

A long-standing client approached us with a specific requirement.  They were seconding an employee to the UK for the first time.  Would our HR function be able to assist with the necessary process?

We supplied the client with all the supporting evidence required for their Sponsor’s Licence application, and the documentation needed by the UK Border Agency in order to maintain their standing as an “A” rated employer.

Throgmorton was also appointed as the Level 1 user on the Sponsorship Management System, enabling us to issue Certificates of Sponsorship to new employees on the client’s behalf – thus freeing this client from onerous day-to-day duties.

This has become a common request amongst our client base, many of whom bring staff to the UK from offices overseas.
