Throgmorton rebrands to Apex Group’s Business Services Line
Throgmorton was acquired by Apex Group in January 2019 as part of the Group’s acquisition of the Corporate and Private Client Services (“CPCS”) of Link Group’s Asset Services division. Following a full successful integration of the Throgmorton business, we are now pleased to confirm the transition to the Apex Group brand as its Business Services line, and the subsequent retirement of the Throgmorton brand.
There will be no impact to clients or to employees – as part of the Apex brand, the business services team will continue to deliver an important element of the Group’s single-source offering and further enhance the client experience through one single relationship.
